HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP?
Our current processing time will always be posted at the top of the home page. Depending on the order size, customization, and order volume will determine how fast your order ships.
Covered Turners do have extended processing / build time and can go beyond the days listed on the home page.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped through USPS and UPS depending on size and the method chosen at check out.
ALL Turners are shipped through UPS.
Insurance is added on all Covered Turners.
DAMAGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at brain@thetumblergrip.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as well as the box/packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
LOST MAIL
The Tumbler Grip is responsible for your package until it is received and scanned by the Carrier. Once the package has been received by the carrier, we can not be responsible for packages stolen or removed from a customer’s property after the package is “Delivered” by the mail carrier.
If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or Carrier and provide them with the tracking number. Request a Case/Claim Number. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the package was “Delivered” so we can assist you in a resolution.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order. If you choose Local Pick Up, you will still receive this email providing pick up location.
